SR Car progress

Got the rear firewall/bulkhead in place, and everything painted up. Also trimmed up and cleaned the rear bumper and put that back on. Cleaned up the rear quarters and riveted those back on the car. Gettin close!

SR Car Update

Put in some time on the SR car the other day…
Got the catch can mounted up in the car, nice and out of the way.
Then I took the front end off so I could finish cleaning up all the pieces that we made for the new setup.
And I finished up the new firewall for the rear of the car. After I cut all the bent up and useless metal, I needed to make something to replace it. Continue reading

Formula Drift Diaries

I had some really high hopes for Las Vegas this year, we made some minor changes to the car to get some more speed so I could not wait to get it on the track. We got a chance to test the car out the weekend before and it felt great! It was the first time we had run our car outside of competition in a very long time. With the tandem battles getting so competitive this year our team was doing our best to keep up with everyone. When we got to the track we noticed that Formula Drift was running a new course. It seemed much more suited for great tandem so we had a really good feeling about the weekend. Continue reading

Mid Season Update!
