So I took the SR car up to Justin Pawlak’s shop so that he could help me with some more fab work. After we got the Mishimoto radiator and intercooler mounted up we realized that there was not much air getting to the intercooler. So I went at the front bumper with a hole saw and a cut off wheel.

We had to redo the bumper mount/hood pin bracket since we sliced right through the old setup.

Then we started playing with some tube and plate to see how we could make a real nice duct from the front bumper.

Then some cutting and trimming to get the shape we wanted out of the scoop. Justin is now welding it into place.

The finished scoop.

I then trimmed the front bumper to match the scoop. Air can now pass through the bumper and up and over the aluminum bumper as well for max airflow to the intercooler.

shes back !!
