October 22nd, 2009 by Chris ForsbergI cannot even begin to explain what I am feeling right now! WE JUST WON THE FORMULA DRIFT CHAMPIONSHIP! I have been so nervous and stressed out the past seven weeks waiting for the final round to come. We have come close to winning a championship a few times in the past but with the points lead that we had after Sonoma, all we needed to do was get into Top 32, and win the first head to head battle to win it. So with that on my mind during our big break and the car ready to go, I had to occupy myself with small projects here and there so that I would not go crazy!
Simulator is complete!

October 3rd, 2009 by Chris ForsbergUpdates on the new simulator. I fabbed up this handbrake setup which has the same dimensions and leverage points as the 350Z.
I drilled a hole through the box tube and hammered this sleeve in.
Welded the sleeve into place, sanded it down all smooth, and then hammered in a bronze sleeve.

Tires.com Tripple Crown Summary Video

Chris Forsberg currently has a dominant stance on the championship since he has won both the first and second event of the series. Darren McNamara is sitting in second with Ryan Tuerck in third.
