Trip to Electric in a 370Z
December 30th, 2009 by Chris ForsbergSo my buddy Joey from Wrecked Magazine told me that he had a 370Z convertible for the week right before Christmas. He asked if I wanted to check it out and take it for a drive, I was planning a trip down to the Volcom store to meet up Ray from Electric that afternoon, so he jumped in and met me at my shop and we went for a drive.

The car drives amazing! The rev match feature on the manual transmission is so precise and fluid. To anyone that says that they can heel toe and rev match themselves… you cant do it better than a computer. You probably also think that you can out brake an ABS system too… We took the long way down to the Volcom store, cruising along PCH with the top down. It was a blast!
When we arrived at the Volcom store I was quite overwhelmed with how much bigger it was than I was expecting. (The Volcom storefront carries all of Electric’s glasses and gear.)

We shopped around for a bit and I picked up some of the latest gear from Electric. I got a couple new pairs of sunglasses from them, but I also got some shirts, hoodies, and this sweet new luggage setup!
